Cannot Download Packs

When I try to make a new instance its all going nice and fine until it starts downloading the mods. It stops downloading mods at 0.66% or something around that. I figured out that it has something to do with the doggystyle mod. the console says this: " Failed to download file DoggyStyle-1.0.7.80.jar from all ATLauncherservers. Copied to FailedDownloads Folder. Cancelling install!"
